We do not own or operate any vehicles and we are not a transportation company. We act as an intermediary between users and third-party providers, and we do not provide transportation services ourselves.

When you book a taxi or transportation service through our website, you enter into a contract directly with the third-party provider. We are not a party to that contract and we have no control over the quality or safety of the services provided by the third-party provider. We do not endorse or guarantee the services of any third-party provider.

You may not use our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Samana, Santa Barbara de Samana for the purpose of litigating all such disputes.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

Booking and Payment

All bookings made through our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse any booking without providing a reason. Payment for all bookings must be made through our website using a valid credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your card will be charged at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your booking at any time before the start of your journey. To cancel your booking, please contact us through the contact form on our website or by email at info@vacationstaxis.com.

If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the start of your journey, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your booking within 15 hours of the start of your journey, you will be eligible for a refund of 60% of the total paid.

In the event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with a full refund.

if in case you experience any kinds of problems with your flight ternaries, you can inform us. We will try to adapt to your needs and pick you later or before.

We will NOT do the REFUND in case of "NO SHOW", which means that the client is expected at the airport or at the hotel and the client just doesn't show up without any prior notice - till now we never have charged any cancellation fees for our transfers from any of our clients!
